"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en Sardaigne, classé 4 étoiles, mais il ne les mérite malheureusement pas toutes. L’établissement est propre et le personnel est sympathique, ce qui sauve l’expérience, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus. L’hôtel est vieillissant, avec une décoration datée et une chambre peu fonctionnelle : une seule chaise, pas de volet, très peu de cintres, pas de poubelle, un wifi capricieux et rien de prévu pour faire sécher les serviettes ou le linge. "This was definitely not 4 stars, it was 3 star’s experience. I had to drag my suitcase in a dirt road for a quarter of a mile as they wouldn’t let me in the resort to drop off my huge suitcase, despite me asking for it and pointing it out. The nature at the facility was really beautiful, the horseback riding was a nice touch. But the facility, restaurants and service were still at 3 star lever and not 4 starts. "
