"Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno. Alla reception nessuno parlava inglese e per capirci abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore italiano-polacco. Abbiamo scoperto così che era pieno perché utilizzato per ospitare profughi ucraini. "I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back."

The front desk staff told me their can’t find my reservation in the system,so I contact with Expedia agent many times.When I spoke with front desk again one hour later,their told me their are out of rooms.It’s ridiculous. "I only stayed one night. Needed to relax before long journey ahead. Good choice. I havent slept that well in a hotel in ages! Beautiful place wonderful staff. I highly recommend and i will most definitely be back when I'm in Cracow next time. Hopefully for a longer stay!"
