"Medium size hotel with a pool 15 minutes from Zadar Old Town.
The rooms were nice and clean, the housekeeping did a great job. No tea or coffee in the room.
The pool area was pleasant, plenty of sunbeds but could do with an update.
The hotel seems to cater for coach tours, large turnover of guests every night but quite empty during the day, which is nice.

"Convenient location with many dining options nearby. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning which was very good quality. Friendly staff and checkin. Very quick walk to the sea organ and sun dial."
"The property was centrally located, very convenient to the old town sites and restaurants. The bed rooms were in a loft area of the apartment, suitable for our family. The washing machine worked well, and the apartment had the amenities we wanted. The parking is a bit of a challenge(expensive) but it’s the price you pay to stay in the old town area."
"The building itself is a bit off putting but once you enter the actual suite of luxury rooms…it is excellent. The location is great & it was surprisingly quiet given it is right next to the large church with bells. You do have to go up two flights of stairs - so be aware there is no elevator."
"We didn't choose this hotel. Our other accommodation cancelled the day before and Hotels.com found this option for us. I wouldn't have chosen a family hotel but we were desperate. Housekeeping was erratic - one day they emptied the bin, another day they made the bed, one day they cleaned the bathroom. "Our room was beside a busy main road. The noise was loud and constant. This made sleep very difficult.
The curtains did not close to the wall, hence a light came into the room.
The hotel is convenient to the old town, restaurants and supermarket.
The attached parking is convenient."
"Room was quite nice, only the bathroom had no lock. The room was really small, the bed and 2 tables on the side. Bathroom was big and really nice rain shower. Parking was on the street. Check in is with a code they provide. Free drinks and small snacks."
