"Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast. By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives. The fruit looked old and wrinkled, the eggs tasted unpleasant, and the next morning, only cold, hard-boiled eggs were available.

"OTTIMA"

"Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it. The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it.
