Zwembad beetje klein en te koud. Bubbelbad te warm. Jammer.
Kamer op 3e verdieping veel te klein (325) door schuin dak. Geen plek om je koffer neer te leggen. 1 persoonsbed erg smal. Kamer ook te warm. Airco werkt slecht en raampje dat open kan is veel te klein. Neem een duurdere kamer.
Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Lekkere koffie!
Verder heel mooi hotel als je er doorheen loopt....
"We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít.
The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views.
Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer.

"The hotel is clean, the aqua park is amazing, staff are friendly. Food is average. The main problem is the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, making the thermostat in the room a bit useless and always leaving the room a bit warm."

"Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Versprüht einen schönen 90er Jahre Charm. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist deutlich überteuert. Es gibt schönere und nettere Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Der Wellnessbereich ist leidlich in Ordnung. Saunen riechen etwas muffig und einige Fliesen sind ab. Ein winziger Whirlpool sorgt dafür, dass man warten muss um da mal rein zu können. Für den stattlichen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. "

"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...
