Black out curtains were nice and the room is insulated so it’s quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come back. "

It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff. "

Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of noise from the back of the building at night (noisy neighbours maybe?). More black teabags in the room would have been nice too. "Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre."
