"We really enjoyed our stay at the Summit resort and our unit was great. The view was amazing and the heated pool was so warm! The place was quiet and clean and fun for adults and the kids. We would go back !"

"I liked the location, pool area , and apartment size was perfect, but I think they can do some upgrades on the building and improve the cleanliness in the apartment, overall was good "

"Great location, close to all attractions but far enough away to get away from it all. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. Only two negatives was for room 1703, the beds was hard and needs replacing, the hot water in the shower takes awhile to get hot and then it isn’t lasting, showers had to be quick. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"Definitely found our new place to stay! Felt more like a home instead of staying in a hotel. Having a Washer and Dryer in the unit was very convenient and having two separate bathrooms was awesome! Everything felt new and clean. Pool area was nice too! Location was very convenient!"

"This particular condo was very comfortable, clean, and the owner has thought about everything you and your family may need while staying here. The location is extremely convenient to the beach, food, shopping, and lots of fun things to experience for the whole family."
