"I was so looking forward to my stay at this Doubletree I have stayed at several dobletrees in many locations. This one sorely disappointed me. I did not like being given a room in the basement. It had a running dehumidifier. The furnishings seemed worn and outdated. The air conditioning unit ran very loud. The bathroom was very nice. Towels were very nice. Crabtree & Evelyn very nice"
