"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious."
