"For a 4 star hotel, the staff, the quality of the hotel and customer service was not it. The rooms are actually joint with another so you hear everything next to you, loud "neighbors" with thin walls. The AC is controlled by the hotel so be prepared to be hot inside your room since they turn it on after 8:30am which was a first for me. The elevators work sometimes and the queue to get wait and be able to get into one is another first for me even with 4+ elevators. Breakfast is a bit pricey and...
