"We stayed in one of the villas and it was great. The wood was newly polished and the whole room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was amazing with a sun roof at the top which lights up the whole bathroom and makes it look huge. The food was great, exceeded expectations since we saw some reviews complaining about bad food. If its a long weekend or something like that, expect a lot of crowd so meal times get crowded but nothing too bad. The only problem we faced was commuting from the villa...

"Can’t say enough good things about Rosetta, its excellent staff and superior food and ambience. Nestled amidst a 100 acre coffee estate, this resort has high standards in guest experiences. We had great breakfast, lunch and fantastic massages and scrub at the spa. They feed you non-stop at breakfast, lunch and high tea and you can work it off walking their beautiful property. Minor feedback for the outdoor shower, which is fantastic, but doesn’t have soap nearby. The quality of toilet paper...

"Mice in the room. Understaffed. Pathetic room service. Exhorbitant sight seeing charges. No payment receipts or printed bills. Amount to be paid is mentioned on a scrap paper with out the name of the resort. Shady."
