"Otel nehrin kıyısında. Giriş yaparken masada oturan hanımefendi hiç yardımcı olmadı ve kötü bir giriş yaptık. Gelmeseydiniz odanızı başkasına satacaktım dedi. Bu nasıl bir konuşma şekli, aradınız da ulaşamadınız mı ? giriş yapılan saat 14.00 civarıydı. Güleryüz sıfır, asık bir surat. Hizmet sektöründe çalışıyorsak böyle olmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odamızın kapısının kilidi açılmadı, geçen de olmuştu diye yorum yaptı ama bu bizim problemimiz değil. Odalar temiz ama eski. Kahvaltı çok çeşit...
