"Great!"

"Firstly the hotel is very close to Sofia station. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Our room was really fantastic, great bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet. However the real standout at this hotel is the staff, I would give them 10 stars if I could! We have been travelling Europe for 3 months and stayed in a lot of hotels, the Terminus Hotel in Sofia was the best so far! On the last day we met the general manager of the hotel who handed us a pre-packaged breakfast bag due to our early...

"The front desk staff were very helpful."

"E’ in una posizione centrale della città per questo è molto comodo. Siamo stati accolti bene. Pulito e il personale è molto disponibile."

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."

Parking is quite expensive. There was only one towel in the bathroom. We had to request more, but it was inconvenient to get into...

"Overall experience was great. I stayed 7 nights Location is not bad. Great breakfast."

"The hotel was in a very handy position to explore the central part of Sofie. The hotel decore is old fashioned but is within keeping of the age of the hotel. The breakfast was great"

"Perfect spot, roomy, clean, quiet and the breakfast will not disappoint. Picture from my room and from the lounge/seating area even better."

"سيء جداً ريحه عفنه في الفندق قديم متهالك"

"New hotel, convenient location, biggest mall nearby, parking available."
