"Amazing staff that would do anything to help and an unbeatable location. Rooms were incredible (and always somehow smelt terrific) and breakfast was not perfect but a good effort. Didn't give a perfect score because the WiFi was very hit and miss (more miss than hit), rooms sometimes got incredibly cold and were a bit odd. "The hotel is located at the center of the city by the scenic Banyan Lake. Easily accessible to public transportations and restaurants. "We were here as a quick stop on our way to Chengdu. The area around the hotel made for some nice local exploring, and the hotel had a nice pool for some lap swimming (20m). We weren't there long enough to take advantage of the breakfast, but the wifi seemed to work well enough for anyone who might be here on a work trip."
