"A little outdated and in need of a little TLC, basic but clean and comfortable. While it's not on the doorstep of Heathrow, it’s an airport hotel and as such should be prepared for guests arriving at all hours. Got there shortly before midnight. Nice friendly receptionist but when I asked about the bar, I was told everything was closed (apart from special service for flight crew) but could order an Uber Eats. I assumed there would be a vending machine or at least a bottle of water in my room...

"Unclear directions from car park to the airport. Easy to exit car park and follow road past mc Donald’s onto dual carriageway which took me away from the airport. "

"Friendly and helpful staffs, room is comfy and I would like to highlight the mattress. The mattress is perfect as it is ultra firm, I could found nothing similar in UK. The bathroom is clean and modern. The shower is powerful which could act like a jacuzzi which you could enjoy. Room is spacious but the furniture is a bit old. I havn't tried the breakfast and meal this time. But the dinning place is with fabulous view and the food looks good with a reasonable price."

"Stayed here with my husband and 5 year old for 2 nights as we were going to Legoland. Great location as only a short distance to drive to Legoland from the hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were super helpful. The room was spacious and super comfy, the beds were great. I Love the Espa products in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, lots of options, the only thing was the hot food on the line was a little cold. I didn’t like the paying to park I think it should be free when you have paid to...
