This property is beautiful. I loved opening the windows and letting the cool breeze in at night. The view was so peaceful. My husband and I used the pool and we were the only ones. We paid the extra fee for the wellness center and I LOVED that. The grotto spa caves were my absolute favorite and the thing I was most excited to go in. We loved NUXE products in the rooms. "I do not recommend for anyone with kids. The hotel does not have air conditioning, impossible to open windows as it’s right above the road and the dumpster of the restaurant not to mention a lot of flies and bees came into the room. We also didn’t find it safe opening the window with a 7 year old in the room."

"The hotel location was great and our room had a good view of the castle. We stayed for 5 nights.
The biggest surprise was when we walked into the room. The room had a bad smell, like sewage/ bathroom smell as we walked in. Once the air conditioning starts going and air starts circulating, smell goes away. But next day when we leave the room taking the key out, AC stops working and when we come back later in the day, the room greets us with a same bad smell. We informed the front desk on the 2nd...
"Het hotel ligt prachtig op de berg, is goed bereikbaar, ruim en met heerlijke zwembaden. Vanaf het hotel is het stadje ook prima lopend bereikbaar. De kamer was van alles voorzien, ruim en schoon en met een lekker balkonnetje. Wij hadden ons bij "parkzicht" wel iets groeners voorgesteld, ons balkon grensde aan de parkeerplaats. Dat maakt ons verblijf er niet minder op, we hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en zien onszelf hier prima nog eens terugkomen."
"De standaard kamer werd aangeduid met boskant zijde, maar dit was in werkelijkheid de wegkant. Zelfs met de deur dicht kwam er veel verkeerslawaai binnen. Maar omdat de kamer geen airco had, moest de deur open, waardoor het lawaai nog harder klonk.
Zwembad bleek al 3 jaar gesloten, maar staat nog wel genoemd op boekingssites. Ontbijt is wel aardig maar niets bijzonders.
Bij het diner ging vanalles mis, maar daar hebben ze een goede korting voor gegeven.
Maar alles bij elkaar is wat je krijgt...
"This was a really beautiful location. The dinner was one of the best we had in all of Europe. On the down side it was the hottest day in Luxemborg in 25 years. There is no air conditioning and there wasn't even a fan in our third floor room, it was stifling hot"
