I was also incorrectly charged for the minibar, which was only refunded after I called twice. In addition, the bank pre-authorization took three days to be released. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've had in Australia in ten years."
"We would highly recommend this property as its location is so central to Bangalow and the Villas are elevated and nestled into the surrounding hinterland and the hilltop views are outstanding and breathtaking. It’s so peaceful and quiet and private and you have everything you need for your stay to be comfortable and self contained and relaxed with a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and large lovely bedroom with king size bed and lounge and dining area that flows out to the decking and beyond to...
"We loved our sty at Bayhaven, it was a beautiful place, well maintained, and we appreciated the comfy space to hang while it rained for part of our trip. Hope to book the same sweet space for our next trip!!"
"I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! Our 3 bedroom apartment was really clean, welcoming, and spacious. From the kitchen cupboards to extra blankets the whole apartment was well equipped. The gardens were lovely, the car parking was easy, the pool and spa were great (loved the spa!) The two balconies were incredible and very private. The walkway to the beach was a perfect bonus. If we ever return to Byron Bay - this is where we will stay again."
"I have never loved the service at a hotel like I did here! They really take care of you and make your stay one of a kind! Can’t wait to go back and love that my dog was so welcomed! The staff are so beautiful, highly recommended xx"
