The staff were nice and did their best, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel made the stay less comfortable overall. With better upkeep and more attention to cleaning, this place could be a lot better."

The highlight of this hotel is where is located in the downtown area of Philly and exactly 2 minutes walking distance from the reading market. The hotel is huge and it has a huge capacity for a lot of guest, but the amenities are way too little. Also it’s a bummer that when you’re booking with Expedia or any other third-party, you take the room with the worst view. "
