"Our guest room was very clean and modernized. We were disappointed that the King size bed and room we reserved was not available and we were given a room with 2 double queen beds. The hotel was very quiet so, I don't understand how this happened. Additionally, I was charged a $50 charge on top of the room charge. When I asked the front desk at checkout why, I was told it was to cover any room charges. This did not add up because the meal we had in the restaurant was not charged back to our room...

"Centrally located to restaurants and clubs. Fifteen minute walk to PNC and twenty minute ride from airport. Only one thing the Hotel needs is a good quality complementary coffe for its guest and maybe some lemon water for the lobby....not a biggie thou. Definitely Definitely staying here again!!"

"Really enjoyed the hotel and our room. We asked for a view and they delivered by giving us a room on the 16th floor with a view of the river. The area around the hotel did feel a little sketchy at times but it bothered my partner more than me and I feel was also reflected in the price, compared to the Monoco which was a 10 minute walk away. "It's conveniently located with easy access to CMU, downtown etc. We love staying in this property. This is our 4th stay. we stay here when we come to drop off our kid to college or visit her. Apartment is very neat, self sufficient even for longer stays. Love it"

"Beautiful property! The room and remodeled bathroom are very spacious. Located blocks from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. No need to bring any toiletries. They provide everything necessary for a getaway trip. Will come back whenever in the area."

"The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!"
