"Very friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly. Modern decor, nicesoft ambient lighting. Super nice and clean neighborhood, opposite Aldi, Scheck-in and DM stores and restaurants. Just a minute walk to tram that takes you to old town. Definitely recommend."

"The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation after our previous booking fell through. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future. "

They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay. "Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly! Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent).
