"When we arrived they showed us to the wrong room. They allocated a room with one double bed for 4 people. The replacement room was dirty and had a terrible mouldy smell. When is was bed time we found dead ants under the pillows and blankets. The tv also only had one canal. There was no WiFi in the room as promised on the web. When we enquired we were told the room is to far from the office to use WiFi. I have to give a huge compliment to all the staff for their great service. "

"Our host was very friendly and accommodating, we arrived during load shedding and after check-in time! It’s in a good location too. Load shedding affects this area for 2-4 hours in the evening and quite often overnight - there is no generator but they do leave the portable lights in your room for when this happens.
