"Nice hotel in a great location. Our King Coral room felt a little dated but the 15th floor provided excellent views across Catseye Beach, with a nice balcony to sit and watch the world below.
The buffet breakfast is extensive and fantastic. Every taste is catered for with heaps of food every day. Ours was included in the room price and very much worth it.
Didn't use the amenities like the gym, sauna, spa, tennis courts etc but they looked really good.

"TV remote was difficult but help of staff we found out how to work it. Noise from bar across road was quite loud but quiten down by 10pm. My major complaint is water pressure it was very poor in hand basin and shower. The only good thing about shower is that it was wet. There was also no place in the shower to put soap, shampoo or face cloth."

"We had a penthouse booked and there was no hot waterfor the entire weekend, which was a let down. It was Luke warm at best.
One of our guest (whom is pregnant) informed the maintenance man we had no hot water. The maintenance man said just "use the spa that has heat".
She informed the maintenance man that she is pregnant and can not have a spa as its dangerous for pregnancies.
He simply responded with "that sucks".
The property was nice and comfortable but no hot water and a terrible customer...
"This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views.
The resort is highly recommended!"
"Fantastic location and beautifully appointed apartment. Simon is an excellent host, very responsive. Apartment is exceptionally clean. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ferry/boats dock each day (don’t worry it’s very quiet. I would be very happy to return and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Airlie Beach."
