"The room is clean, staff is friendly but our bathroom is outdated. Bathroom room sink was draining slow. Toilet Handel need to be pulled down twice to flush out throughly. Shower head needed to be replaced as it was not centered and tilted to the right."

"No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. "Staff were so friendly and helpful, sorting out car hire, and giving advice on places to visit and eat. They couldn’t do enough for us. The place was kept spotlessly clean. I loved the fact that we were able to borrow chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Although the hotel is just across the road from the beach not all rooms have a beach view. We had a lovely view of one of the swimming pools. Would definitely recommend Beach View"
