"So I dont often write reviews, but this hotel blew me away for its price and quality.
The lobby was built nice and smelled nice too with lots of antiques, the terrace on the side of the building was also really nicely built and facing a park/field.
It wasnt soo expensive but for the price I payed I got an excellent small yet simple room that smelled fresh and tidy with a nice bathroom.
There is a decent sized parking lot behind the building, and a cover parking that you have to pay for.

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc.
We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset.

"Historisch pand en ook zo ingericht. Verwacht geen 'overbodige' luxe. Temperatuur op de kamer was niet te regelen, vloerbedekking oogt wat smoezelig, wifi niet kunnen vinden... Maar het was netjes, vriendelijk personeel, bed heerlijk zacht en het ontbijt was prima! En de locatie direct aan de grote markt is uitstekend! Parkeren kan tegen betaling maar een laadfunctionaliteit is er niet en niet overdekt."
"We loved this boutique hotel experience! The room was decorated to match Bruges, charming, cozy, and comfortable. The decor was Old World with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff kept the room tidy and stocked with coffee and tea. The optional breakfast was delightful! There was a mix of hot and cold items, with excellent coffee choices, served in a cozy tea room atmosphere with tablecloths, and china on each table. It was an elegant way to start the day.

"Very disappointing stay. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that basic housekeeping standards had not been met. Most shockingly, there were suspicious, foul-looking brown smears on the wall, alongside a persistent stench coming from the bathroom. Basic hygiene and acceptable service were entirely absent. I would not recommend staying here."
