"We were so disappointed with this hotel. It is NOT near Aalen. It needs so much work. It looks like it might have been busy at some point but it feels like a ghost hotel. Our room had one small comforter. No towels. No glasses. 2 pillows. A refrigerator that did not work. The washer dryer area for the hotel is dirty and pathetic. Only downsides are no dedicated parking, and no AC. In late September leaving the windows open kept the room comfortable, but diners outside were a little noisy until about 11 pm. Also would recommend the top floor, as the floors creak. Regardless, would definitely stay there again if the outside temps were right. "

"Beautiful building, very nice room. Did request and pay for a superior room with double bed but they gave us one with two singles. They changed this though once I showed email confirmation. No English channels on TV at all despite them having Polish, French and Italian. Everything clean and comfortable.
