"Quirky older hotel that has been renovated. Generally clean and nice, the smell was a bit weird in the lobby, the coffee shop was being renovated and it was not available. Coffee and lite pastries were supposed to be provided but the was not filled when I was there. The corridors are oddly reminiscent of The Shining which is slightly unsettling. Staff was generally nice and helpful but dressed very casually, I didn’t realize the front desk person was part of the staff and not a guest. I...

"No complementary water on the entire floor that we stayed on. Ice machine barely worked shot out water. Vending machine was completely broken. Went downstairs and night manager didn’t know today from yesterday and couldn’t help with any of the issues I had. Sink was overflowing with water because it would not drain properly. Horrible visit."
