"We enjoyed our stay at the Omni. Room was clean and staff was nice. Main areas of hotel very nice but bathrooms showing some age. We ate breakfast in hotel Sunday morning. Enjoyed but at $40/person felt they could have done better at making sure hot items on buffet were hot. Chicken fingers, potatoes and French toast were lukewarm. Omelette station and prime rib was great. Our waitress Kawthur was great."

"Location is everything for me didn't like the cable channel selections only negative for my trip"

"Overrated on Expedia. This is a 7.0 at most. It's more like a hostel than a hotel. Entrance is through a back alley, via a small elevator that takes you to the front desk. Decor is like a dorm or a gym. No service and no amenities. Just adequate and nothing more."

"Excellent in every way! The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend it."

"Johnathan the bellhop went above and beyond to show us everything and gave helpful tips for the area"

The only downside was that there was no elevator, so carrying my suitcase up to the second floor was a bit of a challenge. I really appreciated the...

"I suggest finding a different hotel. I canceled my reservation and while in the lobby and rescheduled and they would not refund my money. They basically stole $1,250 dollars and refused to offer me a refund."

"We’ve stayed at many B&B’s all over the US. The Inn at Negley is by far the best stay we’ve ever had! From the beautiful historic Inn and rooms, the lovely breakfast and amenities, to Inn manager Jessie, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, it was an experience we can’t wait to return to. Before we arrived I had received a message from Jessie and spoke with her on the phone about our visit. I mentioned we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. When we arrived our visit...

"This was a bait and switch by the property owner or manager. They never called to give us the information to get into the place so I had to reach out to them right before hand. They answered the phone as if they didn’t know why I was calling or that it was a business at all Then they switched the property that we were supposed to have to a different place that looked nothing like the pictures from the first place of course and the house given to stay in was a very old house that was attempted be...
