"Access is difficult. Reception is on the 7th floor and you have to ring the doorbell and wait up to 10 minutes for the door to open. Don’t plan on getting your room early. We arrived at 11 and waited 4 hours. Room was spacious with balcony."

"We loved the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean with nice amenities. The best part was that it is right across the street from the cruise terminal."

"A marvellous, friendly and helpful welcome at the check-in desk.
The room - indeed the entire hotel - was spotless. A spacious room with a magnificent bathroom and a comfortable bed.
A wonderful place from which to explore Antwerp."
