"We were surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The property appeared old and run down, the main elevators weren't working or were very slow. You could not drink the water unless you are an elite member. The duvet was in between 2 thin sheets and not between an actual duvet cover. The room was clean however, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was also kind. It is also very busy with events (weddings, dance competition, etc.)"

"Room was clean Shower water was not hot, sink took forever to drain and temperature control of room was difficult Could not check in when we arrived because of some computer glitch. Had to edit an additional 30 minutes That would not be so bad if we could have checked in early but you had to pay an additional fee $50.00 to check in early do we waited until after dinner. Keep in mind we already prepaid for the room in advance.."
