"Front desk and valet staff are friendly and helpful"

"Room and halls showed signs of wear/age. The desk chair in our room had stains on the back and a pretty large tear. Bathroom could’ve used a fan. It was a comfortable stay, but we prefer more updated hotels in the area."

"Great location for Fiserv Forum. Staff was excellent, super friendly. Our room was very clean."

"Upon arriving to my room, there was a pair of dirty boxers and 3 pairs of socks sitting on the small table in front of the tv. I called down to guest services, they told me there was no rooms similar to mine available, but they would have housekeeping up immediately. After waiting for 2 hours, I put the dirty garments in the hallway and notified guest services. They were left sitting in the hallway 6+ hours. The rest of the room seemed clean."

"Property is spacious and modern. Excellent shape and staff is super friendly."

"Great area walkable to theatre , restaurants and bars"

"Staff were phenomenal, room was beautiful and extremely clean rustic charm with modern amenities, very well maintained. If you need a getaway this is the place to stay and Cedarburg Wi is the place to visit."

"10/10 experience"

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming and elegant hotel. Can't wait to go back."

"The room we booked (king bed) was very spacious and beautifully decorated in an Art Deco style that matched the hallways and overall hotel decor. We were impressed and will be back next time we are in Milwaukee."
