"While staying at the hotel we purchased the breakfast and found it to be outstanding. The staff were great as was the whole hotel experience. The view from section was outstanding."
"Great location, room looks like the photos, and the bike rental was a huge plus. There was construction outside which was loud and inconvenient but beyond the hotel's control."
"Richard (fromt desk clerk) was beyond amazing! We arrived early so he secured our luggage so we could explore Rotterdam. He also gave us suggestions for dinner since the hotel restaurant was closed."
Redelijk ontbijt. Bediening restaurant is zeer vriendelijk.
"Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely.
We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable.
We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us."
"We had a bit of problem finding the hotel with GoogleMaps, turns out there are 2 entrances available to the hotel, Google took us to the back entrance; which was a little confusing.
Other than that, we had a lovely stay.
The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet separate, which is great when traveling with family!
Breakfast was in a beautiful arched room, good variety of cheeses, fruit and breads."
