"Staff was very helpful and kind"

"Our stay at Hotel Le Roy in Barbados was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel has potential, several issues with the room, including missing amenities, maintenance concerns and housekeeping standards, affected our overall experience. "We had a wonderful stay at The Crane Resort in St Philip, Barbados. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. Our suite was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is stunning, with lovely surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere. A truly enjoyable experience, and somewhere we would happily return to!"

"Great staff. Clean rooms. The ability to utilize other resorts provided variety."

"I was impressed from the moment I walked into the suite. Even better than the pictures. We had ground floor unit, and it was lovely to be able to walk straight out to the garden pathways and pools s from the patio door. Very spacious. Incredibly helpful staff, food was yummy. Sonia in particular was wonderful in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would return for sure"
