"Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. Playgrounds are great, basketball court amazing, free games on the deck daily and so much to...

"Staff were efficient and welcoming from the phone call to check on my arrival time, to cheerful arrival/departure. The room was very large, tidy, very clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. I didnt try the restaurant but it was very popular with ither guests and locals."

"OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx"
