"Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub."

"Reasonably priced hotel with buffet breakfast included! Friendly staff, large rooms and great location if you're visiting Lincoln castle/city. Would definitely recommend and use again! Wish they had EV chargers but I'm sure they'll come in time."

"We stayed here overnight for a friend’s 60th nearby. The area is quiet but we knew that already as we had visited with those friends on a number of occasions. It was close to Blyton’s Ice Cream with a vast array of delicious homemade ice creams to choose from, and a lovely little tea room around the corner called Tiffin’s. We managed a lovely walk around the village in sunshine too. Very enjoyable stay, lovely evening meal. The only downside (for us) was the overpowering smell of bleach in the...

"Apartment was amazing! Really spacious and very grand! Why sray in a small hotel room when you can stay somewhere like this. Owner really nice and very helpful too. City centre c30 minute walk, which is where the main restaurants are too, although we really enjoyed spending an evening in tge apartment and having a take away delivered via Deliveroo!"

"This is the most amazingly thought out and thoughtful bnb my husband and I have ever stayed in with impressive touches like nespresso coffee maker, large supply of towels,food provisions, the list goes on! It is quiet and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the countryside. Nice to have an efficient vacuum cleaner as I like to keep the place clean despite taking our shoes off before moving around the cottage especially important after going on long hikes close by."
