"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "

She conveniently was also the same person to check my wife and I out and remembered the details of what our next couple days were going to be and wished us the best. "Location is great, tram stop is 1 minute away, only 18 minutes to airport or 20 minutes to the town. Very clean hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. As the tourist and no private car, if the hotel locates near the public transportation that will is such a great thing to have, the prices are reasonable. I can’t believe how clean this hotel is , will return and stay longer, definitely will recommend to my friends and feeling very safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Thank you."

"Little outdated but still a acceptably hotel. Some reception employees from eastern Europe are very unmotivated ( but not all ). I was there twice during a period of three month and it looks like they have to count every penny ( or Swiss Rappen ) .Meanwhile there is nothing free in the rooms - recently they even placed two cheap water bottles for 4,50 CHF !!! ( at least this was free three months ago ). Also, they charge 45 CHF for each dog - but it`s just because they allow a dog in the...
