"We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka which was made by the beautiful hotel and fabulous staff at Coast 67 in Ahangama.
A stunning setting with gorgeous, quality wooden fixtures and fittings.
We stayed for 9 nights which is unusual at this time of year and settled into the rhythm of the hotel very quickly.
The staff make Coast 67 the most very special of places.
Kind, caring, attentive calm and funny. They are a brilliant team and big thanks go to the chefs who adapted...
"Our stay in the garden villa was really great. It was clean and spacious with a semi outdoor bathroom. The pool area was straight in front of the ocean so you could watch the waves from your sunbed. Surf board hire was cheap with a large range of boards. Drinks were cheap and food yummy."
"The property is stunning and beautifully crafted, every corner of the property was picture perfect and aesthetic. The staff were extremely friendly and the manager, Rohan was super helpful - he helped us book our safari and massages. The pool is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos and is clean. The breakfast being included was super helpful and was very yummy with a good selection and excellent ingredients. Neem is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The beach right outside the hotel is...
"Mötte alla mina förväntningar! Bra, rymligt och rent rum med fin utsikt och skön säng. Äggstation på frukosten och bra mängd med solbäddar. Bra läge på hotellet! "
"What a relaxing special place! Staff were wonderful - couldn’t do enough for you! The hotel was beautiful, the pool area and restaurants were special! Food was incredible. We Absolutly loved our week here. Thanks so much."
"The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested.
However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."
"I nearly wanted to provide one star if not for them upgrading the room. The room had 3 large cockroaches that fly. I injured my palm while hitting one. There were many other insects and spiders too. After they upgraded us, the TV in the room couldn’t work. The breakfast was limited and tasteless. The location was not ideal. Should get one inside Galle Fort. "
"Property has very spacious rooms and well maintained.
Lovely Beach location although waves rough at this time.
Food overall quality, very tasty and well presented.
Staff very personable ,attentive and seeking to offer service especially Assistant Manager Siri, Dilen and Nilanga."
"Friendly and happy staff in all areas which says a lot about how the hotel is run.
Had my room unexpectedly upgraded on arrival due to a fault found with the originally booked room.
The room I had did have a small issue with the private jacuzzi leaking but no major issues.
Food and drink were excellent throughout my stay.
Highly recommend staying here to anybody wanting a few days of relaxing peace after touring the country."
"Simply wonderful and chilled out boutique hotel! Ideally located for excellent beaches and coastal towns, but tucked away in the rice paddies and jungle. Excellent"
"Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Da kommen wir gerne wieder. Die Lage war sehr schön und ebenso die Zimmer. Sehr schöner Blick in den Dschungelwald und auf verschiedene Tiere. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber!"
