"Nice, functional and friendly hotel, well placed in Canberra. I had two excellent nights’ sleep here!"

"While it is a bit worn out the bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked well (it was humid for Canberra) Staff were thoughtful and kind and the shower was great."

"Barely any ammenities in the rooms. No signage for water (or any items) in the mini bar and then told we’d need to pay at check out. No instructions in the room at all. Bathrooms are dirty, carpets were not vacuumed. There was a lot of noise during the middle of the night from the floor above and in the early morning (8am) from housekeepers banging and making lots of noise. They blocked out door with trolleys and vacuums on multiple occasions. Overall the quality and service has decreased since my last stay and it was a pretty underwhelming/ unrelaxing experience. "

"The most amazing room and view. The food at restaurant was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Staff are friendly and professional. I will be back. This place is a must if you are staying in Canberra. I have stayed at many places and this is one of the best. "
