"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "

"Staying at the property was great but the front desk attendant made me wait approximately 5 hours to check in even though I had an early check in request. She told me that the hotel was fully booked but I know that wasn’t true because I went online and saw that there was availability "

"Location is great, tram stop is 1 minute away, only 18 minutes to airport or 20 minutes to the town. Very clean hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. As the tourist and no private car, if the hotel locates near the public transportation that will is such a great thing to have, the prices are reasonable. I can’t believe how clean this hotel is , will return and stay longer, definitely will recommend to my friends and feeling very safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Thank you."

"Little outdated but still a acceptably hotel. Some reception employees from eastern Europe are very unmotivated ( but not all ). I was there twice during a period of three month and it looks like they have to count every penny ( or Swiss Rappen ) .Meanwhile there is nothing free in the rooms - recently they even placed two cheap water bottles for 4,50 CHF !!! ( at least this was free three months ago ). Also, they charge 45 CHF for each dog - but it`s just because they allow a dog in the...

"The staff and owners are amazing. Myself and 4 coworkers need a large taxi (or 2 normal) to get to a business meeting a few kilometers away and the owner offered the hotel van to drive us there. I truly appreciated this act of kindness"

"We were looking to visit the Appenzell/St. Gallen region, combined with a visit at the Säntispark for the kids. Couldn’t pick a better place - the water park entrance is included in the room price and you get your bracelets at the hotel - no line up! Great breakfast and great service. "
