"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "

"Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room which was fabulous. Lots of space, and a little balcony. I read some negative reviews about the air conditioning, but the temperature was perfect for us (in May). Great breakfast. The only downside was the coffee wasn't great, but we are coffee snobs!!"

"Staff was very helpful. Great location across the street from a train and tram stop yet it was very quiet. Nice room with balcony. Only the bed was sandwiched into a tight space with a small area to even walk to the bed. However, the bed itself was very comfortable."
