"Loved the property but definitely had difficulty with getting service poolside. Moved to a different pool and thought that would help. Still no service. Eventually moved back to adult pool and walked around and found a staff member. After that we just decided to go directly to the bar ourselves for a drink. I got the feeling they thought we weren’t staying there but they should ask. We were guests of the hotel. I would appreciate spending that kind of money per night to not have to seek out...

"Room was great. Resort was beautiful. Grounds immaculately maintained. Housekeeping could not have been better. Location to mall was great. Restaurants really good but expensive. Drinks very expensive. Walk way along the ocean to other resorts. Only issue a lot of rules by the pool. Don’t bring leftover food to the pool because they will ask you to leave."

"Stayed in a similar property before, Villas are located right on Wailea beach, behind the villas are the Shops @ Wailea that has restaurants, groceries, and many higher end shops. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. It's a great value for a family, We plan on returning again."

"The place needs some TLC. Furniture needs replacement. Flooring is in need of replacing Shower doors maybe needs replacing. Several lamps did not work Screen door is in need of replacing"

"The property and the unit we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The balcony was right over the private beach and it’s also where the sunset so the view was beautiful. Right out the front door was the pool and spa and a few steps more and you’re on the beach. The unit was very clean and decorated so cute and had every amenity in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. It was so peaceful and the beach was clean and water was prestige. The management company was super easy to deal with and loved...
