"A warm welcome set the scene for a delightful stay. A pleasant room, secure parking for my classic car and close to parklands and shopping made for a great stay. The room had everything one needed, was clean and comfortable."
"The property was lovely however the rooms were lacking some essentials. The coffee machine only made espresso. There was no bottled water provided even when the water from the tap was brown and undrinkable. The room was very cold and the bathroom had no heating. The bed was very soft and not overly comfortable. I would have expected a lot more for the price. We stayed in one of the suites. The parking was also very limited."
"When we checked in, we found a dead cockroach and ants in the kitchen. Because of this, we had to go to the supermarket to buy insect spray. However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest.
