"It was a nice hotel with a spectacular location. The staff were amazing, friendly and super helpful. We forgot our converters and they lent us some. They let us have a late late check out for our later flight. It was a super great find!!!! Would recommend to everyone."
"This hotel was very central and mostly everything was walkable. Rooms were spacious and very clean and all the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast had an excellent variety and choice.
The only thing I would say, and this isn’t really a complaint, was that the air conditioning was behind the curtains which meant the cool air stayed at the window instead of circulating around the room."
"I found the hotel well maintained. It was in an excellent location in Lubianjia, close to the river & shops. I enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff were helpful & friendly. Howrvet, I did not get my Expedia VIP access perks on both occasions. This was disappointing."

"Great location of the hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful, good choice for breakfast and places to eat just outside the door of the hotel. The area around the hotel is lovely for a walk after your evening meal and felt safe and friendly. Finding the car park is the only tricky bit but the locals are clearly used to people getting lost and were wonderful giving us directions."
