"best hotel in Trutnov, very clean, reasonable priced, good breakfast and great attention to detail from owner"

"Clean room, good breakfast, available free parking."

"Very convenient to the ski slopes with the shuttle service, great ski lockers, rooms were spacious and clean. "

"Great location at the heart of the "Bohemian Paradise". Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing value for money"

"Good "

"They had no rooms rooms for us."

"all good perfect dinner and breakfast"

"nice to have a lot of things you can do like table tennis, small Gym, Indoor Swimmingpool, Squash, Badminton and Spa"

"All good, except for the dinner buffets. Very limited and only Czech food (that is far from my taste). Not to mention that the bar was closed and the wifi highly unstable. Other than that, it's okay, but quite far from everything."

"Very pleasant stay, clean and nicely furnished apartment with basic kitchen utensils and there is a common area for guests. It is also 3 mins walking distance from bus stop, making it easy to get around by public transport. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. This is not a problem if you have a car, but it is worth considering to bring some snack if you are arriving late by bus."

"Food is terrible. Wellness is managed poorly, you only can book a slot for you, there are like 5 evening slots and 30 rooms. That leaves you without this experience. Makes no sense as the capacity of sauna is 10 people. "

"We loved our stay here. Only spent one night, but still enjoyed it, great location, the area is beautiful!"

"Great service, very well equipped indoor playground for children, excellent breakfast, and dinner at the restaurant, convenient, underground parking. The only problems were very low water pressure in the shower, too high position of all the shelves in the kitchen and the living room and the fact that the reception is not open all the time even during the day. There was no snow, but the location of the hotel is also great with a ski bus stop right near it."

"Das Hotel hat ein tolles Ambiente. Es sollet natürlich besser gepflegt werden. Die Damen vom Service waren nicht wirklich touristisch orientiert. Vielleicht fehlt noch Erfahrung. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Bäder muss verbessert werden."

"Great location Parking in garage Wellness with lot of options Friendly staff despite Sunday when breakfast room was super crowdy and at 9.50 it was already locked with gesture to go out "

"Obiekt na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i przyjazna. Restauracja - śniadania w cenie na poziomie stołówki szpitalnej. Rozrabiany sok z wodą. Nie miła obsługa restauracji."

"Krásný pokoj, příjemný personál, chutná snídaně formou bufetu, od 2 nocí lanovka na Černou horu zdarma, parkovnání v ceně, bazén a venkovní lehátka, možnost zahrát tenis, výhled na les, dobrá lokalita. Vytkla bych jen drobnosti: nefungující hodiny v tenisové hale i u bazénu, jemné praskání vypínače lampičky u postele, druhý den byly obě kaše ke snídani přeslazené (první den byly super), trysky v bazénu byly vypnuté celou dobu (na obrázku jsou zapnuté)."
