"Hotel not bad at all. Very comfortable. Wellness area is very pleasant. The one thinng that let it down was amenities. I arrived Sunday evening very tired. Used the spa area briefly before it closed. By the time I got to the restaurant just after 8 the kitchen was closed. Being Sunday also nothing open in town. No bottles of water in the room - arguably the tap water should be good but still. So I ended up eating at the local kebab shop which was the only choice and tobe fair wasn't the worst....
"Fantastic staff, Judith at reception was so welcoming and Emily the manager did an incredible job and made the next week of our holiday amazing with her outstanding ad advice and kindness. Based on her recommendations, which were 100% accurate, we changed our next few destinations and had an amazing time.
Great facilities, comfortable beds, very peaceful and outstanding food which made half board absolutely worth it. After such a great experience here we only stayed at Via hotels for the rest...
"In den Gängen geht das Licht erst mit Verzögerung an, man läuft zuerst in eine schwarze Gasse und steht knapp vor einem Sideboard oder Wand wenn das Licht angeht!
Nur zwei Aufzüge für zwei Häuser, man wartet ewig bis der Aufzug durch alle fünf Stockwerke einmal ankommt.
Frühstücksbuffet klein aber fein. Insgesamt empfehlenswert."
"We loved the experience in this hotel, from the friendly welcome in the arrival to the easy checkout process. The hotel is dog friendly, and the staff prepared some mats for our puppy. The location is great, just side by side to the gondola. For sure we will repeat the experience in the winter season to visit the ski slopes :)"
"Sauberes Zimmer, toller Spa Bereich, dass Frühstück und Abendessen (3 Gänge Menü) waren sehr lecker.
Auch Cappuccino mit Hafermilch auf Nachfrage möglich.
