"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

However, my last day was ruined as despite there being noone booked into my room on the day I left they would not let me keep my room on unless I paid a ridiculous sum of money, instead offering me a different room for the day, which defeated the object. Why clean two rooms when you could just clean one? I chose not to change rooms as it was pointless and they said they had a room which guests could use to...
