"The resort was so laid back and relaxing. We were treated like family by the staff. Their breakfast buffet was excellent and other meals at the restaurants were also very good. We both had massages at their spa and highly recommend it. We had an issue with our rental car not starting, and 3 of the employees went out of their way to make sure that we got it resolved. "Massively disappointed. We booked & paid for a private plunge pool bure and arrived at the hotel to find we had a been allocated a beach front bure. The hotel did nothing to compensate or reimburse the difference in cost. Look at the bad reviews on most booking platforms, it seems to have happened regularly at Tambua Sands."
