"Spectacular Views, but a Deeply Disappointing Hotel Experience The view from La Bastiglia is absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately, that is where my praise ends. I stayed for five nights and paid to upgrade to the Daniela suite, expecting a comfortable, luxurious experience. Instead, I encountered one disappointment after another. The air conditioning did not work, forcing me to leave the windows open and put up with considerable noise. The television didn’t work properly, the private patio...

"Amazing location. Great staff! Simone was very nice and helpful! Giuseppe made sure we had everything we needed at dinner and breakfast! Thank you for the hospitality! Anamaria"

"Very clean, well organized hotel. Very good breakfast. The only weaker point was that some of the staff were not very useful when it came to recommending things to do in the area."

"Loved this hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Great location."

"The location of this property is excellent for walking to the old part of town. Also, the staff is very good and provide excellent service!"

"Sempre tutto perfetto"

"What a place.... We were supposed to stay just one night but extended the stay. Fantastic staff, specifically Liisa (reception) and Alex (restaurant). They both made our stay warm and welcome. Fantastic place, great swimming pool with private seats and lawn chairs. Super clean, large and well equipped rooms. Scenery is unbelievable. We will definitely come back."

"Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast options. Would have been nice if the spa facilities had been available for hotel residents at a more reasonable cost. Shower cubicle was quite small and room was next to the lift so a little noisy at times."

"The property is cute, hard to find. Clean. The staff helpful. Parking difficult. Breakfast not what I am used to but I guess is their traditional one. The room is definitely not what expected: It called honeymoon room but it is actually an attic. Wood stairs, need to be careful. The toilet want working, The Mountain View it is just a small window that you can see the mountains but also all the town roof full of bird poop. What they called Turkish bath, it is an actual jacuzzi but not sure is...

"Amazing and unique place to relax, enjoy the views and have the best food ever! We loved this place and the staff was very attentive, thanks to Pietro and Luisa! We’ll be back!!"
