"This is a truly unique property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the tranquility. We did have a/c in our room, along with a mini fridge and kettle. The service, food and beer were amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was not yet open for use during our stay. "This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. "Una struttura nel cuore di Spello che è rimasta ferma agli anni 70. Camere arredate con mobili di quell'epoca e per di piu rovinati. Il letto di una scomodità come pochi. Non parliamo poi del bagno che meriterebbe una ristrutturazione da cima a fondo. La cosa che sicuramente pesa di piu è il fatto di aver trovato un wc palesemente vecchio in quanto si vedevano chiamaramente due strisce color arancio che scendevano in verticale, segno questo di un bagno inutilizzato e non pulito frequentemente....
