"Very disappointed with my stay at Novotel. I booked a room with two beds for two people, but at check-in they said the reservation showed only one guest and charged me an extra We received the exact same room with no additional service or amenities, and the only explanation was that it was “hotel policy.” For a reputed brand like Novotel, I expected better transparency and customer service. The hotel is overhyped, with basic amenities for the price, and even breakfast costs extra. Definitely not...

"The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can."

"Room was very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was very flavorful, not too spicy and selection in the buffet was extensive. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to provide everything that I needed and sometimes more than what I had asked!"

"The sink was dirty and towel very warn out. Staff did not respond promptly to housekeeping . On the plus side the breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. I wouldnt rate this a 5 star, based on cleanliness. Service could improve . Whatever staff we did meet did make us feel welcome."
