"Das Zimmer ist gut gewesen. Leider war das Personal im gastronomischen Bereich bei voller Auslastung des Hotels überfordert. Die aufkommende Hektik übertrug sich auf die Einnahme der Speisen. Am letzten Abend musten wir bei gebuchter Halbpension über eine STunde auf das Essen warten, das dann auch nicht entsprechend der BEstellung serviert wurde, da nicht mehr alle Speisen vorrätig waren. Beim Dessert sollte im Sommer das auf der Karte stehende Eis nicht alle sein."

"We had an excellent stay at Homy Livia and would happily return. Lorenzo was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, the bathroom was especially lovely, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Verona on foot. Highly recommended!"
"The location was great - right on the water and close to the castle, shops and boat docks. It was over 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning in the room helped but couldn’t keep up with the heat. The room was comfortable but a little old and dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
"The room was initially clean however there's a real ant infestation problem across the entire site and by the first morning the kitchen floor was crawling. We didn't realise the extent of the ant problems until we were packing our car, ants had managed to get into our car as the curbs were crawling with nests. The reception staff couldn't care less about this issue and shoo'd us away when we mentioned compensation to clean the car.

"This was a family holiday- Mum, Dad and two teenage daughters- 16 and 19. We were there for 12 nights.
The hotel is in an excellent position, by the lakeside. You can walk across and swim from the hotel in under 5 minutes, which is ideal.
Breakfast was a good selection buffet and the pool bar did a good range of sandwiches/salads for lunch. Happy hour was 2 for 1 on "spritz's"
We didn't do the lunch or dinner but both looked a bit heavier and fussier than we wanted.
