"The location of the hotel is really good. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we were told that the A/C is not working. The fan they put into our upper floor room instead could not catch up. We were not offered any reimbursement for that inconvenience. Also, The sleeping sofa for the kids was not prepared, the staff was not really helpful here. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience"
"Lobby, bar and restaurant has had a recent makeover, which is really good, bedrooms definitely in need of an upgrade.
All the staff were very friendly"
